The Narrow Gauge Railway Museum

The Great Western Railway inherited the Vale of Rheidol Railway (1ft 11½in or 60cm) and the Welshpool and Llanfair Railway (1ft 11½in or 60cm) from the Cambrian Railways at the Grouping in 1923 and purchased the Corris Railway (2ft 3in or 685mm) in 1930.
