4mm scale model of Virgin Trains electric locomotive "TALYLLYN".
Locomotive 86 258 was named "Talyllyn, the First Preserved Railway" in 1984.
To mark the Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society's Golden Jubilee, the locomotive was re-dedicated on 9th May 2001 at Birmingham International station, and re-named "Talyllyn 50 Years of Railway Preservation 1951-2001".
This model was presented by Virgin Trains to the TRPS on 16th October 2001.
